We are currently looking for multiple Snow Plow Drivers to join our winter team! 

Our drivers have an incredibly important job ensuring public safety and accessibility throughout the winter season in the City of Markham.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a Snow Plow Truck to service the City of Markham streets (highways not included).
• Must be available to be on call 24/7 during the winter season (November 2025 to April 2026).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a valid DZ (or AZ) license, with an acceptable driver’s abstract and CVOR record (which will be reviewed prior to offering employment).
• Previous plow experience isn’t required, but is an asset.
• Previous truck driving experience is required.
• Committed and dependable, and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Compensation:  This position includes a weekly on-call rate, as well as an hourly rate for the time spent plowing.
