TRILLIUM ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD
Awarded the prestigious Trillium Environmental Award. This award recognizes Ontario asphalt plants that go above and beyond the already high standards, set by the stringent environmental requirements of the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change, across the hot mix asphalt industry.
RENEWABLE RESOURCES
Every year we divert hundreds of thousands of tons of concrete rubble from landfill by recycling it for use on road paving and construction jobs. This also reduces our reliance on aggregates mined from non-renewable resources and the impact of transportation from remote areas.
ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS
We continually look for new ways to reduce energy use at all our plants with innovative, energy-efficient programs, by developing environmentally-friendly products, and through responsible recycling using industry best practices.
